 MONTHLY -  HOMEOWNERS’  ASSOCIATION DUES

Jorel Association Management offers the convenience of Automatic Direct Draft for your monthly homeowners’ association dues.   What this Automatic Direct Draft does is draft (debit) your monthly homeowners’ association dues from your bank account each month.  This eliminates the need for you to write monthly checks. 

To set up this Automatic Draft, complete the following authorization form and return it to us with a voided check.

The account that you choose below will be charged on the 5^th of every month.  This service can be canceled at any time by notifying Jorel or your bank in writing.

AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR AUTOMATIC DRAFTS

I hereby authorize Jorel Association Management, Agent for _______________________________(Association)   to initiate debits from my checking account at the financial institution listed below.   Please begin the ACH debits with the payment due for the month of ____________________.

This authority shall remain in full force and effect until Jorel or my financial institution has received written notification from me of its termination, allowing it reasonable time to act on my notification.  I also understand that if corrections in the debit amount are necessary, it may involve an adjustment (credit or debit) to my account.

This Authorization is NonNegotiable and NonTransferable.
