John Pizetoski, MBA, CMCA, AMS, PCAM - President
John has 21 years of experience in the Insurance industry (Property & Liability Claims). During that time, John's main areas of concentration have been in handling, administration, and negotiation of liability and property claims. In addition, John has been involved in various insurance-related industry groups and is a Certified Mediator. John has an MBA from the McColl School of Business, Queens University in Charlotte, NC, where he was a Blumenthal Fellow. John has also received the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist) and PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations from Community Association Institute (the industry trade group)
Gail Pizetoski, CPA, CMCA - Vice-President
Gail has been a practicing CPA for 30 years, with her own CPA firm for 15 years. Over the past 20 years, Gail has audited, reviewed, and prepared tax returns for over 200 condominium and homeowner associations within North Carolina. Gail has extensive experience working with association Board members, attorneys, and developers/builders regarding turnover issues, structure, taxes, budgets and other issues. In the past, Gail has been a consultant to other association management firms in North Carolina, in such areas as budgeting, internal control, tax planning and reserve studies. Gail is a licensed real estate broker and has received the CMCA designation (Certified Manager of Community Associations) from Community Association Institute. |
